Chris Olley ran the second fastest 5000 metres time in the Club's history at the Sunset Meeting at Azusa. On Saturday the Club's teams won their match of the Southern Athletics League, where a club record was broken in the mixed 4x400m. The under 20 men's 200m record was also broken. Sue James took part at the above outdoor event in Coventry, contributing to the SCVAC 3rd place with fifth places in the 1500m and 800m. Elise Rendall was first W40 to win the British Masters Multi terrain 30km championships in Gravesend.

The Club's men's squad won an extremely tight match in the British League at Yeovil on Saturday snatching victory in the final event of the day. Lewis Church made his debut for the GB senior team helping them to the bronze medal.

Kirsty-Anne Ebbage set a new club record of 41.59 metres at the UK Youth Development League fixture at Woodford, where the U17 mens 4x100m record also fell. TAC athletes were also in action at the BMC International meeting, and in Lincoln and Wimbledon. Click to read the report
